Super Group offers shares in accelerated bookbuild
The company has successfully raised R500 million in a bookbuild exercise. The bookbuild was priced at R40.25 per share and 12,422,360 shares were placed with investors.


Results of Capital & Regional's scrip distribution alternative
The company has issued 3,498,025 new shares in terms of its scrip distribution alternative at a price of R9.89 per share resulting in the retention of profits of R34,6 million.


Atlantic Leaf issues shares for cash
The company has issued 16,291,986 new shares at an issue price of R17.60 per share.


Central Rand Gold issues shares for cash
The company has placed 1,071,428,566 new shares at an issue price of 0.07 pence per share raising £750,000. The net proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.


4Sight announces IPO prior to listing on the JSE
The company offered 56,439,475 shares at R2.00 per share in an IPO amounting to R112,88 million taking the issued share capital of 4Sight to 393,306,476. The company listed on October 19 on the AltX sector of the JSE.


Listing of additional Ashburton Top 40 securities
500,000 additional securities were issued and listed on October 19 at an issue price of R51.41 per security. Following the listing there will be 21,000,000 securities in issue.


Listing of additional Sygnia Itrix MSCI World securities
10, 500,000 securities were issued at R26.97 per security on October 18. Following the listing of the additional securities there will be 193,500,000 SYGWD securities in issue.
