Long4Life repurchases shares
The company has spent R49,7 million to repurchased an additional 16,057,601 shares over the period 11-13 November at an average price of R3.10 per share.


Montauk Energy issues circular for the corporate restructure, JSE delisting and listing of new holding company
In October the company announced plans for a corporate restructure which would see a new holding company, Montauk Renewables, list of the Nasdaq Stock Market, with a secondary listing on the JSE. A circular, detailing terms of the proposed restructure, which involves the distribution to shareholders of 1 new Montauk Renewables share for every Montauk Energy share held; the delisting of the company from the JSE and the proposed listing of the new company, has been sent to shareholders.


Alviva repurchases shares
The company has cumulatively repurchased 8,375,264 shares, representing 6.37% of the company's issued share capital, over the period 2 December 2019 - 13 November 2020. The total value of the repurchased shares is R64,4 million.


Investec Australia Property Fund (IAPF) name change
Following the internalisation of the management function, IAPF will trade as Irongate Group from 2 December 2020.


Quilter repurchases shares
The company has repurchased an additional 117,256 shares in the company at 2,861.29 cents per share.


South32 repurchases shares
The company this week repurchased 9,719,936 shares valued at A$21,86 million (R246,6 million).


Choppies Enterprises suspension lifted
The company's shares traded again on the JSE from November 13, 2020.
