Trustco issue shares
Trustco has issued a further 240,400,000 new shares in terms of the Huso transaction announced in July 2015. The shares were issued on July 4.


Reinet repurchases shares
The company has, since commencement of a third share buyback programme, repurchased a further 246,204 shares at an average price of R231.74 per share for a total consideration of R57,06 million. Under the programme, which commenced on 19 June 2019, the Company intends to purchase shares at market price for an aggregate maximum amount of € 44 million subject to a maximum of 2.75 million shares over a period ending 23 August 2019 at the latest.


Glencore repurchase shares
This week the company repurchased a further 11,71 million shares at a cost of £31,69 million (R559,06 million) in terms of its buy-back programme.


MMI name change
MMI will officially trade on the JSE under its new name Momentum Metropolitan Holdings from commencement of trade on July 17.


Two companies issued a profit warning announcement
The following companies issued profit warnings this week: ArcelorMittal and Union Atlantic Minerals.


Five companies either issued, renewed or withdrew cautionaries
The following companies advised shareholders: Aspen Pharmacare, Orion Real Estate, Putprop, PSV, Visual International and Nampak.
