Results of Quilter's odd-lot offer
The company purchased 16,263,364 of its own ordinary shares; 169,264 were repurchased at a price of 120.24 pence per share and 16,094,100 shares held on the South African share register were purchased at a price of 2,812.63 cents per share. The shares represent 0.87% of the existing issued share capital of the company.


Stellar Capital Partners repurchases shares
The company has repurchased 86,853,177 shares in a price range of R0.68 and R0.76 per share with a total value of R65,7 million.


Hosken Passenger Logistics and Rail cancels name change
The company announced in September 2019 a proposed change of name. Due to a systems error with the CIPC's registration system the company was unsuccessful in obtaining the selected name, consequently the change of name has been cancelled.


Quilter repurchases shares
The company has, this week, repurchased 1,274,381 shares at a price of R27.69 per share with a total value of R33,25 million.


Efficient to delist from the JSE
Following the successful implementation by Apis of a scheme of arrangement to acquire 6,609,259 Efficient shares (which excludes the 110,333,872 shares held by certain shareholders), Efficient will delist from the JSE on Wednesday, June 17.


13 companies issued a profit warning announcements
The following companies issued profit warnings this week: RECM and Calibre, Trellidor, Capitec, Stefanutti Stocks, Invicta, Liberty, Bidvest, Imperial Logistics, Comair, Deneb Investments, Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon, Standard Bank and FirstRand.


Six companies either issued, renewed or withdrew cautionaries
The following company advised shareholders: Purple Group, Cartrack, Sasfin, Chrometco, Arden Capital and Barloworld.
