Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released by the JSE Limited on 3 April 2020, in which it advised that the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (the "FSCA") had granted companies with financial year-ends of 31 December 2019, 31 January 2020, 29 February 2020 and 31 March 2020 an extension of two months to complete their year-end financial reporting process. Shareholders are advised that the finalisation of the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 is taking longer than anticipated and that the Company is likely to make use of this extension to finalise the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019, but will endeavour to release them as soon as practicably possible and will advise the market accordingly.
