VESTING OF RIGHTS IN TERMS OF IMPERIAL SHARE INCENTIVE SCHEMES

Shareholders are referred to the Imperial announcement ("Announcement") released on 17
September 2020 regarding the award and vesting of rights in terms of Imperial Share
Incentive Schemes and are advised that vesting percentages have now been finalised and
after applying the related peer comparison and ROIC performance conditions, 23.17%
(compared to the 11.67% previously announced in the Announcement) of Share Appreciation
Rights ('SAR') vested at a strike price of R152.65 per SAR.

Imperial provides the below updated number of SAR vested shares:
