Safari Investments RSA issues shares
Safari has issued 20,000,000 shares to SA Corporate Real Estate for a total cash amount of R152 million. The shares were issued at R7.60 per share representing a premium of 9.76% to the 30 day volume weighted average traded price.
Spear REIT raises capital
Spear has successfully, by way of vendor placement, raised R182,5 million. 19,220,191 new shares were placed at an issue price of R9.50 per share.
Murry & Roberts to repurchase shares
The company has advised shareholders that it will embark on a repurchase programme of up to R250 million as part of its broader capital allocation strategy.
SA Corporate Real Estate to raise capital
SA Corporate plans to raise R600 million through an accelerated bookbuild process.
Alviva repurchases shares on the open market
The company has repurchased 3,840,000 shares on the open market for R79,2 million. The highest and lowest price paid by Alviva for the ordinary shares was R19.01 and R20.90.
South32 repurchases shares
The company has, this week, repurchased 2,140,640 shares for A$5,73 million (R57,30 million).
Brait SE repurchases shares
The company has repurchased a total of 303,451 shares at an average price of R58.35 in terms of its share buyback programme announced on August 16, 2016.
Visual International's listing suspended
The company was suspended with immediate effect on July 3 as it failed to comply with the JSE's Listing Requirements by not publishing their provisional financial statement within the three-month period.
DiamondCorp to delist from AltX
The company's listing on AltX will terminate on July 24, 2017.
RH Bophelo to list on the JSE
The company has been granted a main board listing on July 12, 2017 as a SPAC. Prior to listing RH Bophelo intends to raise a minimum of R500 million by way of an offer of 50,000,000 shares at R10.00 per share.
Satrix to list three new classes of ETFs on the JSE
Satrix is to list three new classes of Exchange Traded Funds of the JSE on July 25; the MSCI Emerging Markets Feeder Portfolio, the MSCI World Feeder Portfolio and the S&P 500 Feeder Portfolio. The ETFs will hold an initial public offer prior to listing, opening on June 30 and closing on July 17.
Mara Delta Property to change its name
The company is no longer associated with the Mara Group and therefore proposes that the company's name be changed to Grit Real Estate Income Fund. With shareholder approval, the company will trade under its new name on August 8, 2017,
Results of SA Corporate Real Estate's scrip distribution alternative
The company has issued 113,207,547 new shares in terms of its scrip distribution alternative. The issue price per share was R5.30 retaining R600 million.
Results of Life Healthcare's scrip distribution alternative
The company has issued 8,450,256 new shares in terms of its scrip distribution alternative. The issue price per share was R26.36 retaining R222,78 million.
Results of Santova's scrip distribution alternative
The company has issued 1,211,549 new shares in terms of its scrip distribution alternative. The issue price per share was R3.17 retaining R3,84 million.
