Huge Repurchases shares
The company has repurchased 5,587,000 shares at R4,50 per share for a total amount of R25,14 million representing a total of 3.24% of the issued share capital of the company. The shares were acquired from CNET Empowerment, DM Holdco and Praesidium Capital Management.

Kibo Energy issues shares
The company has received notification from warrant holders to exercise 74,569,556 existing warrants for gross proceeds of £298,278.

Jubilee Metals issues shares
The company has announced that 200,000 company warrants have been exercised at a price of R1.28 per warrant share amounting to a cash value of R257,449.

Prosus purchases additional Naspers N shares
In terms of the announcement issued by Prosus on November 23, 2020, in respect of the launch of an on-market Naspers N ordinary share purchase programme of up to US$3,63 billion, the company has this week purchased a further 592,675 Naspers N ordinary shares at an average price of R3,608 per share for a total consideration of R2,14 billion.

South32 repurchases shares
The company this week repurchased 9,028,693 shares valued at A$25,29 million (R293,35 million).

Quilter repurchases shares
The company, has this week repurchased an additional 328,997 shares on the LSE at a cost of £321,75 million and an additional 822,525 shares on the JSE at a cost of R25,18 million.

11 companies issued profit warning announcements
The following companies issued profit warnings this week: Middle East Diamond Resources, Wilson Bayley Holmes - Ovcon, Fortress REIT, Finbond, Merafe Resources, Brimstone Investment, Caxton and CTP Publishers and Printers, Standard Bank, Zarclear, Quantum Foods and Sanlam.
