Mustek repurchases shares
The company has repurchased 3,256,793 shares on the open market for a purchase consideration of c.R31,7 million. The shares represent 4.65% of the total issued shares of the company.

Attacq disposes of stake in MAS Real Estate
The company has reached agreement with three institutional shareholders to dispose of 20,5 million shares in the capital of MAS Real Estate at a price of R16.00 for a total cash consideration of R328 million. The disposal is in accordance with the company's intention of reducing its oval debt levels and improving its interest cover ratio.

Sibanye Stillwater to repurchase shares
The company has announced the implementation of an on-market repurchase of up to 5% of its ordinary shares in issue. The programme will be limited to a maximum of 147,7 million shares and will be implemented between June 2, 2021 and April 6, 2022.

South32 repurchases shares
The company this week repurchased 6,555,219 shares valued at A$19,22 million (R203,8 million).

Quilter repurchases shares
Quilter has, this week, repurchased an additional 1,291,720 shares on the LSE at a cost of £2,02 million and an additional 258,685 shares on the JSE at a cost of R7,85 million.

Prosus purchases additional Naspers N shares
Prosus has this week purchased a further 591,203 Naspers N ordinary shares at an average price of R3,029 per share for a total consideration of R1,79 billion.

Two companies issued a profit warning announcement
The following companies issued a profit warning this week: Imbalie Beauty and Alexander Forbes.

Three companies either issued, renewed or withdrew cautionaries
The following companies advised shareholders: Invicta, Nutritional Holdings and Bell Equipment.
