Result of Lighthouse Capital's scrip distribution election
Lighthouse Capital has issued a total of 54,982,923 new Lighthouse shares in terms of its scrip distribution alternative. The shares were issued at €0,44 per share.


DRA in on-market repurchase programme
The company has repurchased 3,755 shares in terms of its repurchase programme. The shares were repurchased at an average price of A$3.74 per share for a total of A$14,061.


South32 pays special dividend
The company is to pay shareholders a special dividend of R0,28 per share.


Prosus repurchases additional shares
The company, this week, has repurchased a further 3,340,197 Prosus ordinary shares N at an average price of €74.92 per share for a total consideration of €250,27 million.


Anglo American repurchases shares
In terms of the announcement issued by Anglo American on July 29, 2021, in respect of its ordinary share repurchase programme of up to US$1 billion, the company has this week repurchased a further 909,147 shares at a cost of £28,08 million.


South32 repurchases shares
The company this week repurchased 235,802 shares valued at A$778,925 (R8,18 million).


Investec to take secondary listing on A2X
Investec Plc and Investec Ltd will each take a secondary listing on A2X. The shares trading on the JSE and LSE will be unaffected by the listing on A2X which will take effect from September 16, 2021.
