  • Bioline Agrosciences, a world class player in biological control, has announced the acquisition of Dudutech, a Kenyan biocontrol company, from Flamingo Group International for an undisclosed sum.
  • Diool, a Cameroonian fintech startup, has raised US$3,5 million in funding from the Lundin family plus existing investors. The startup's platform enables small merchants to accept payments from customers and repay suppliers using many payment methods. Funds will be used to scale operations.
  • US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), has invested US$1 million in Kasha Global, an e-commerce company providing women's health and personal care products to customers in Rwanda and Kenya. Other investors include Finnfund and Swedfund.
